I just got this a couple of days ago from COV and it hasn’t left my side yet. I popped a HR 510 atomizer on it with a nice delrin drip tip and vaped away. I am a steady vapor, and I can get at least 24 hours on a charge. The appearance of the device itself isn’t bad, but not great. Mostly plastic, and you can see where the sides have a bit of a separation, however, the device is not coming apart. Not a big deal, as I have dropped it a few times, and it’s stayed intact. Plus, when the atomizer is attached, it doesn’t sit straight, it’s a bit cockeyed. Again, it doesn’t effect the operation of the device, just looks a bit strange. I say if you want a nice 5v device, give this one a shot.

best mod yet. i have the variable voltage model made by jolly. you can choose 3.7/4.2/5 volts. i havent put it down since i got it. i am a heavy vapor and i can go at least 2 days without charging it. it is the best way to go if you want battery life. there is a cracking issue around the atty but it is a great way to go.

Have had this for a few months now. During the work week I don’t use it as heavy as on the weekends where it doesn’t leave my side. With a standard boge carto, I can get at least 2 full days off this between charges and have at times seen 3 days. I too have dropped this one and unfortunately cracked it near the top seam. Nothing a little super glue wouldn’t cure though.

Only thing I would like is to have a neoprene case of some sort for this one as a bit of added protection against accidental drops. My atty is straight but that depends on who is doing the mod on the device. I did not get mine from COV, rather received it from ElectronicStix.

I got this mod about a month ago and have been very happy with it, until the fire switch broke off due to poor build quality and pressure put on it.

-Battery life – About five days w/o charging in between.
    -Build of poor quality:

    – the fire switch is too big and is sticking out of the case too much. It is also only glued to the case, making it prone to breaking – mine did.

    – the top plastic plate with 510 connection feels really flimsy and has gaps around it. It is prone to breaking off or skewing under pressure.

Overall, it is an excellent device for an office/car, but taking it to work or having it in the pocket will be risky and has to be treated like an egg.

I believe that the high price is not justified for this device taking into consideration the price of parts (around $40) and the weak spots it has.

It would be a perfect device if the switch was a touch sensor, and the top plate was made of metal – that would justify the $120 price tag.
