The GLV-3 by Great Lakes Vapor is a tube/box hybrid. You can use the tube part – which is the actual device – with or without the juice feeder (box part). The box part houses a 10ml liquid bottle which feeds liquid via top or bottom. Internal mechanism does the bottom-feeding, you’ll need to install a custom tip for top-feeding. All in all, this is quite unique system at the moment. You can choose 510, 901 or 801 threading. There are three voltage models available 3.7V, 5V and 6V. GLV-3 uses two CR123A batteries, 3.6V and 5V versions come with an resistor installed. Total of eleven different metallic finishes, clear coating and laser etching available. Mini version comes with a 5ml juice bottle and uses one CR123A battery.

The Empire MOD is the first custom device by Empire Mods. This all mechanical mod is made in the USA. The design goes hand in hand with the same companys drip shield. In fact the drip shields were originally designed to be used with this device. By adjusting the height of the center tube you can use almost any single battery with the Empire from 16340 to 18650. Drip Shields by Empire Mods are simply designed to prevent the DSE-901 atomizer from leaking. For me the description on their website is very confusing. Apparently you just slide the whole thing over your already connected atomizer and thats it. There are o-rings inside the shield to keep it tight and air holes on the top side. Can be used with 510 atomizers also by using a adapter. Available in many colors and finishes.

Q2V3 Copper is the new model for 2011. It’s slightly larger than the previous models using a 17670 (3.7V) battery or two 16340 batteries (6V). The Terminator is an universal add-on for all high voltage mods with 510 or 901 threading. The Whole system is built into a 901 atomizer tube and it will turn your regular HV mod into a variable voltage device. It will ofcourse make the atomizer part of the device a little longer.
