Phantom TT Twinbooster is a dual atomizer (510) tube mod. It comes with a custom machined mouthpiece to join the two atomizers. Also features a master on/off switch and the ability to replace the tube to use either a 18650 battery or a smaller 16340 battery. Each unit comes unique numbered.

Double Barrel (DBSB) add-on for the Silver Bullet mod enables the use of 2 atomizers simulatenously. Manufacturer recommends ONLY using 18650 batteries but 2 CR123A batteries will fit raising the Voltage up to 6. You will need the bottom part of a SB or you can buy one separately in order to make this a working unit.
